Do Nails Do Beauty delivers Australia wide & Internationally.
Orders made & paid prior to 9.30am will be dispatched the same business day. Orders made & paid after 9.30am will be dispatched the following working day. No orders will be dispatched until payment has cleared. No deliveries will be made on pubic holidays or weekends.
All delivery/shipping charges are payable by the purchaser.
Delivery on all beauty & nail equipment/furniture and large orders:
Door to Door courier service:
Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes, please supply a residential or business street address to avoid your order being delayed. No goods are to be left at your delivery address unattended.
Once dispatch has been arranged, tracking information will be sent to every customer via email. This will include the courier’s details and instructions for receiving your order.
Fastway Courier service: Will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present when the parcel arrives, a calling card will be left so you can arrange another delivery time. If re-delivery is not done promptly, the parcel will be returned to Do Nails Do Beauty Warehouse and a re-delivery fee will be charged to you, the buyer.
Transdirect Courier service: Will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present when the parcel arrives, a calling card will be left and your package will be sent back to the depot. You can either call the courier to arrange pick up from their depot or you can request the item be re-delivered to you, the buyer, at an additional delivery fee. This courier service provides Loss or Damage Insurance at no extra cost. Occasionally small bumps, marks & scratches may occur during transit. Transit insurance does not cover this. All goods MUST be inspected for damage before you, the buyer or any Receiver signs the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as 'Received in good condition' you will void the Transit Warranty.. If damage is evident, the receiver/buyer must write 'DAMAGED' on the Consignment note or PDA screen.
Pick Up Service:
Please feel free to take advantage of our pick up service from our warehouse, located in Coopers Plains, Qld. Pick ups are welcome via appointment only during the hours of Mon – Frid, 9am – 2pm.
Delivery on all other items and small orders:
Once dispatch has been arranged, you will be advised by email if your order has been sent with Australia Post or Fastway Couriers, and will include an relevant instructions for receiving your order.
Australia Post service: If you wish to have your order registered and trackable please ensure you select express Australia post service in your checkout.

At our discretion we may choose to use an alternate courier company, you will still be notified via email or the couriers details and tracking information. Please feel free to email us any questions about your courier services prior to making your order.
Do Nails Do Beauty uses Professional Delivery Couriers, delays may occur occasionally which are beyond our control. We Endeavour to provide you only the best service and encourage your feedback.

The information collected from customers when ordering is used for billing & administration purposes only.
- We will never sell personal information or share personal information with third parties. We use technology such as cookies to track your order through the secure shopping cart, the information we collect is to ensure that orders are processed smoothly. We may use your contact information to let you know about enchancements to the site, special offers, newsletters & promotions. If you do not wish to recieve this information please advise us.
- Returns & Replacements & Warranty

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Returns will only be accepted upon prior approval from management & this is only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault with the item. Goods must be returned in the condition & packaging that they were supplied. Refunds if issued will be restricted to the price invoiced only & will exclude our delivery costs to you, your return costs & any costs relating to shortage or damage of contents on return.
On all furniture & equipment to assess manufacturing faults a $60 technician fee is required. If deemed a manufacturing fault you will be issued a new item & the $60 fee will be refunded. If deemed a non manufacturing fault the $60 is non-refundable, & further payment is required for the return of your item.
We strongly recommend when you return a product you use an insured delivery service as we regret we can't be held responsible for goods lost of damaged in transit.
Some equipment includes a warranty. If you are unsure if your item includes this please check your item description on the website or phone/email us with your enquiry. Warranty on our equipment may mean the item is repaired rather then replaced. This is at the discretion of our technicians. For electrical equipment the following are specially not covered under warranty - bulbs, fluorescent globes, steamer jars, fuses, brushes, normal wear and tear, negligence or accidence. Warranty no longer applies if the product is found in any way to be physically damaged, incorrectly installed, incorrectly operated, altered, abused or operated under incorrect voltage.
- Ordering & Payment
- Once you have viewed the products you wish to purchase please select and proceed to checkout. Payment can be made in the following ways:
- 1.Visa, MasterCard, Paypal Account or Bank Account - you will be transfered to Paypals website to complete your details. You do not need to have a paypal account to finalise your payment. Alternatively, you may contact our office on 07 3209 1762 during business hours to make finalise payment.
- 2.Direct Debit into Do Nails Do Beauty Account - please be aware that your purchase can not be delivered until payment has cleared. Account details will be listed during checkout.
- 3.Cash on Pick up. Please ensure you have the correct money as cash is not kept on the premises. All Pick ups must be pre-arranged to ensure someone is available to assist you.
- Once checkout is complete you will receive an order number followed by an emailed invoice. You will be advised by email once your order has been dispatched.
- If a freight quote is required, please email us or alternatively proceed with checkout, & we will issue you with an updated invoice to include freight payable. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. We reserve the right to revise these terms & conditions from time to time, so please revisit our policies before making subsequent orders.
- The above terms and conditions govern the use of donailsdobeauty.com.au. Do Nails Do Beauty is in no way liable for any loss, or any financial loss suffered in connection with the use of this website.
- Please note that you may need to provide us with further identification as a means to ensure that Do Nails Do Beauty does not enter into any transactions with anyone who wishes to use a credit card in a fraudulent or unauthorized manner. Do Nails Do Beauty reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. If we cannot process or accept your order you will be notified via email or telephone and be provided with a refund.
- Promotional Vouchers & Discounts
- To use your voucher or discount coupon please ensure you apply the discount code in the shopping cart, click apply coupon followed by clicking update shopping cart. This will automatically apply the discount to your purchased items.
