Apply over acrylic or gel apply a thin layer of UV sealer onto the area in which you will place your rhinestones.

 

Once applied, set in the UV light for 30 seconds.

Now apply the UV Sealer over the entire nail bed covering over the rhinestones, and set in the UV light for 2 minutes.

This will ensure a long lasting effect.

OR

apply on wet nail polish and apply a topcoat to seal.
